Roost
Roost adds some improvements to chicken farming in Minecraft. It gives a home to chickens and allows for easy collection of eggs and feathers.
You’ll need a chicken catcher to make a chicken able to be picked up. Then place it in a roost and wait for it to lay eggs. You can also hold up to 16 chickens per roost!
You can also place a roost collector that will automatically place items within 9 blocks of a nearby roost.
There’s also a breeding roost that makes for simple chicken breeding within your new coops.
